Design and Concept Information

Number of Pages
The number of your pages is the same as the number of Static HTML files we create for you (Starter and Silver Plans do not support dynamic site structure or databases)

Graphics per page:
We count all the attached images for a single page not including your logo and background of the layout. You must submit the graphic images by File or Photo. We will size and fit them into the page design. Custom graphics designs are limited to the Gold and Platinum Plan details. Additional custom graphics may be purchased for any of the plans.

Product Items per Plan:
Our Starter plan doesn't support Shopping Carts. For the Silver Plan Max number of Items is 50 with 50 Customer supplied product GIF of JPG pictures. Up to 50 addtional products and pictures may be added to the shopping cart for a one time fee of $50. You may choose any of our other plans if you need a merchant web site or custom database for large product catalogs. Transfer of Photos or Digital Images will require an additional fee.

Design Steps and Design Layout Demos :
To begin the design and look of your site you should review our web design gallery or feel free to Email us examples of other sites that will help us to define more precisely the expected design of your site. Next we will request the colors, page titles and any Keywords that you would like for your site. (This will be counted as a 4 Design Steps. Each plan has maximum numer of design steps available.)

From these initial design steps we will then create a Design Layout Demo. Each Layout Demo created will count as a Design Step. Any general layout changes, after seeing our first demo, it will be counted as an Design Step. Check your plan for your available Design Steps and Design Layout Demos. (Extra Design steps beyond the selected plan max number will require an extra one time fee of $5.00 per Design Step. or $50.00 for a new Design layout Demo which includes 10 Design Steps.)

Logo:
If your plan contains Logo design - feel free to send us All of your notes about your business and colors you'd like to be implemented in the logo. You'll have an opportunity to choose from 4 ideas.

Turn around time:
If we don't have some part of your site content or we need to wait for additional requirements from your Project manager then your site takes "On-Hold" status. Once the Design Layout Demo is completed and approved the site will "Go Live" within the turn around time in your plan.

eCommerce
There are two options to choose from. Put your products or services on sale online through Pay Pal secure transactions or connect through your own merchant banking account. (Online processing fees and other ecommerce fees and not included in the plans for merchant or paypal accounts. We do not provide or accept responsibility or charge for online banking services.) For more information on merchant account services contact Verisign or ask your banking institution.

Shopping Carts
We provide 3 options. Pay Pal shopping cart or ntShoppingCart for small product catalogs and Custom designed database driven shopping carts for large product catalogs. Depending on the eCommerce options you choose. We will work with the banking institutions to provide technical and setup support. (We do not require or request banking information for our ecommerce setup services.)

Secured Server SSL
There are two options. Free shared SSL or Personal SSL. The shared SSL will appear with the URL https://www.SHARED_NAME.com/Your_Site_Page. A Personal SSL URL will appear as https://www.YOUR_Site_Name.com. The Personal SSL requires an additional yearly fee of $139.95 and is only included as an option to any plan.

Scheduled Maintenance and Updates.
Updates (replacement of text or images only) are scheduled per the plan details. All text copy and graphics to be updated must be supplied by the customer. Plans with scheduled maintenance such as site and database backups, check for broken links, and Database screening (checking for unwanted data )will be performed as per each plan's details. For immediate updates and maintenance not in conjunction with the scheduled period a minimum service fee of $10.00 will be charged, not exceeding $5.00 an updated page.
Full Website Backups on CD (excluding databases until after one year of service) can be mailed for $5.00 shipping and handling per CD. .

Web Site Tools
We provide setup of several website tools to make your site more interactive. Depending on the plan you may choose from any of the the options below.

Available Tools:
FreeFind a web site search engine that searches for keywords in your web pages..
Choice of Guestbook or Survey form.
Home Page Hit Counter.

Depending on your plan most tools are free but some may require a fee for the full service.

Custom Databases

Static vs. Dynamic web pages
Static web pages do not change. The information on a static web page must be updated and changed manually. The whole page must then be uploaded to the server to make the changes. Dynamic pages however, may input, read or "query" a data source such as a table or a database file based on a user input form. It will then create it's own static page and display the requested information to the user. This will allow one page to display many pages of different information.

Databases
Each ecommerce or custom designed database includes as a minimum 5 tables and 5 Dynamic Pages and Forms. Only the Gold and Platinum Plans include custom databases. (Extra databases, tables and forms can be added to your plan.)
